How to use Delphi Data Capture software

Download the Data Capture software here:

1. Run the executable on a Laptop that’s on the same network as your POS.
2. Click configure and verify the following settings are in place:

                        

1. Point the POS to the IP address of the laptop that has the Data Capture software running.
2. Click start in the Data Capture software and then send an example of the order you’re having issues with. 
3. Send that same order at least a couple times and document exactly what buttons your pressing on the order taking register. 
4. Copy the data from the Data capture software and save in notepad.  Provide the example orders to [e-mail]
