How can I find the IP address on my Endura 15E, RoHS or C series OCS

There are 2 different ways to locate the IP address of your Endura 15E, RoHS or C series OCS.

1. Power cycle the display by pulling the black power cable from the back, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in.  Once the display boots back up it will go through a self-test like pictured below

After the self-test, the screen will then go to your slideshow.  Look in the upper left corner and you will see the IP address. It will only show for 10 seconds, so it's best to have your phone camera ready to snap a quick picture.  Example:

2.  This method requires you to have our DISPLAY MANAGER SOFTWARE.  Most brands will already have this installed on your back office PC.  Depending on the stores network and firewall, you may need to use a laptop plugged directly into the back of the display with an Ethernet cable.

-Launch Display Manager and select perform other task.

-On the top Menu, select 'Advanced' - 'Find OCS Displays'.

It will now perform a search over the network to locate the OCS.  Once finished, the IP can be seen under 'Communications' like shown below:
