Invalid product licnese

Symptoms: System shows Invalid product license error.

Cause: This is typically caused by entering the IP address incorrectly.

Tools needed: USB thumb drive, USB hub, USB Keyboard and USB Mouse

1.  Copy valid "interfaces" file attached to this article.

2. Plug USB hub into the back of the Endura 15X.

Plug USB thumb drive, mouse and keyboard into USB hub.

3. Press Alt+F1 to open task bar on the left

4. Open File Manager

5. From File Manager browse to the USB thumb drive

6. Open the interfaces file and hit Ctrl+A to select all the text in interfaces file then hit Ctrl+C to copy it's contents.

7. Press Ctrl+Alt+T.  This will open terminal. 

8.  At the terminal prompt, type the follow: "sudo gedit /etc/network/interfaces" this will open the interfaces file on the system.

9. On the interfaces files hit Ctrl+A to select all the text then Ctrl+V to paste the contents we copied from step 6.   Save the.

10. Reboot the system from the top right.  Select Shutdown and Restart.
